Website Update and Wiki

Hi,

After some days of holidy I was finaly able to update the Embperl Website to
contain all Embperl 2.0.0 docs, fix and improve the dynamic part (adding
sites, modules, examples, etc.) and add a Wiki.

Currently only http://www.ecos.de/embperl is updated.
http://perl.apache.org/embperl will follow soon .

Most important I have integrated Kwiki into the site, so everybody can start
sharing informations.

Hopefully the Wiki will fill up soon. I am looking forward to your
contributions!
