   ## What is the purpose of the change
   
   This PR introduces sql functions that allow extracting time attributes from `MATCH_RECOGNIZE` clause. It introduces `MATCH_ROWTIME` and `MATCH_PROCTIME` functions. It also switches to newly introduced in cep library `PatternProcessFunction`. This function provides more fine grained access to contextual information and provides rich interface as well.
   
   ## Brief change log
   
   - 57becad - switches from `PatternSelectFunction` to `PatternProcessFunction`
   - 73dc8d6 - adds support for `MATCH_ROWTIME` and `MATCH_PROCTIME`
   - 5444f2d - describes the functions in documentation
   
   
   ## Verifying this change
   
   It adds tests in `MatchRecognizeITCase`
