Fwd: Cannot open destiantion file://./logs/cocoon.log

Hi,

I have installed Tomcat 3.1 and Cocoon2 (the latest snapshot).
Tomcat works fine (localhost:8080 gets me to a start page and the
examples worked well), but when I try to access
http://localhost:8080/cocoon I get the following error-message:

Error: 503

Location: /cocoon

Cannot open destiantion file://./logs/cocoon.log:
java.io.FileNotFoundException: /logs/cocoon.log (Keine
Berechtigung)

"Keine Berechtigung" means something like "No Access" or "Access denied"

(for those who do not speak german ;))

Could someone tell me, what I did wrong and how to fix this error?
