Request for more permissions on Apache Jenkins

Hello Grant,

Can you please grant me more permissions on Apache Jenkins? I'd like to be
able to create new build jobs and also have right to change configuration
of existing Mahout build jobs. E.g. we need new nightly job for hadoop1
compatibility testing, also another one for migration to sbt. These and
similar tasks need not be done often, but are way more efficient when done
directly than through somebody else.
