IVY CHANGE MESSAGE LEVEL via config file

Hi there, I am using ivy, ant, and jenkins via deployment pipeline. Is it
possible to set ivy message level via ivy config files or jenkins config
files.

I want to do what is described in below link but not through eclipse
console but instead thorough a config file...perhaps ivy config file.
