Log:
setCountryStatesEventJs.ftl was a specialisation of setDependentDropdownValuesJs.ftl introduced 2 years ago with it. It has never been used and finally whan I thnk about it I don't see any needs to keep (slim down spirit)
So this to remove it and clean duplicated references/comments about setDependentDropdownValuesJs.ftl

Removed:
    ofbiz/trunk/framework/common/webcommon/includes/setCountryStatesEventJs.ftl
Modified:
    ofbiz/trunk/applications/commonext/widget/ofbizsetup/ProfileScreens.xml
    ofbiz/trunk/framework/example/widget/example/FormWidgetExampleScreens.xml
