Not able to find 'AroundInterceptor' class in xwork.jar

Hi Struts team,
I am having a JSP page in Struts 2x application that needs to use JSTL  tags.
As per documentation
http://struts.apache.org/release/2.3.x/docs/using-struts-and-xwork-with-jsp-20-and-jstl-11.html
Not able to find class
import com.opensymphony.xwork2.interceptor.AroundInterceptor

in xwork-core-2.3.16.3.jar

Could you please help in any alternative to find the same.

I think that page is outdated, you can directly use action with JSTL
tags - it's exposed
