[VOTE] Release Apache Chemistry cmislib 0.5

Apache Chemistry cmislib 0.5 is ready for release.

This release includes the following fixes and enhancements:
 - CMIS-230 createDocument should accept a string instead of a file object. (Or have alternate version)
 - CMIS-232 RepositoryTest.testGetObjectByPath should use 'pathSegment'
 - CMIS-318 Add change history/change token support to cmislib
 - CMIS-376 ResultSet as old-style class
 - CMIS-479 wrong url parse in the case __main__.RepositoryTest.testGetObjectByPath
 - CMIS-481 Cannot set a property to null

The artifacts have been tagged in SVN as chemistry-cmislib-0.5-RC1 at:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/chemistry/cmislib/tags/chemistry-cmislib-0.5-RC1/

You can find the release candidate artifacts at:
http://people.apache.org/~jpotts/chemistry/cmislib/0.5-RC1/dist/

The docs have been lightly refreshed with this release. The updated docs should automatically build and show up here, eventually:
http://chemistry.apache.org/python/docs/

The vote is open for 72 hours and passes if a majority of at least three +1 Chemistry PMC votes are cast.

Please cast your votes!

[ ] +1 Release this package as Apache Chemistry cmislib 0.5
[ ] -1 Do not release this package because...

My vote is +1.

Thanks,

Jeff

The copyright year in the NOTICE.txt files is '2010' but should be
 '2010-2011'.
But that shouldn't stop the release.
