[ANN] Maven Source Plugin 2.0.3 released

The Maven team is pleased to announce the release of the Maven Source Plugin

** Bug
    * [MSOURCES-6] - Sources plugin ignores resource includes/excludes
    * [MSOURCES-12] - size of source jar grows and grows

    * [MSOURCES-11] - When source plugin is used, it should make sure
it is invoked during install
