This is patch doesn't work with Kafka 0.10.0.0 release.
$patch -p1 < KAFKA-1614_log_segments_dir_jmx_info.patch
patching file core/src/main/scala/kafka/log/Log.scala
Hunk #1 FAILED at 18.
Hunk #2 succeeded at 133 with fuzz 2 (offset 54 lines).
Hunk #3 FAILED at 208.
