I hope to get around to testing this tomorrow. I am maybe 50% of the way
through the mod_cgi overhall.  In some preliminary testing, I  hit a seg
fault in ab_bclose because the BUFFs do not have a a file iol pushed on them
(from a 15 second analysis).
