Basque pages in the OpenOffice website
Some months ago I tried to
translate some of the pages in the OpenOffice website into Basque.
I had some problems to
translate them correctly, and perhaps some of the links on them are
not correct; but I think that, if someone corrects these problems
with the links, the files on the http://www.openoffice.org/eu-test
directory should be copied into the http://www.openoffice.org/eu
directory and the request for translation on this directory should be
removed.
I do not know if I must do
something in order to get that.

Done! Actually it was done long ago, but we had technical issues with
the web server that prevented the update from showing until yesterday.
http://www.openoffice.org/eu/ now has your translated files. Further
updates will hopefully be much smoother to apply.
Regards,
Andrea.

Hi Andrea:
I am sending you a copy of a message that I sent you on February.
I think that I was not able to express correctly what I wanted.
Can you still move the files on the /eu-test/ directory to the /eu/ directory?
If you can, please move them.
I'll try to translate the files still in English later. But I do not remember how to get the files that must be translated, because from the addresses on your message I can get the HTML files but I think that you do not want those files to be translated directly; the files to be translated are others.
I apologize for my bad English.

(removing the broken links) Could you send me the english versions of these three pages? As we can not work directly whith the .HTML files I do not know how to get the present version of the files to translate them. Best regards Jon Peli

I still see a mix of English and Basque content there. If it is OK for
you we can surely move this to /eu instead of /eu-test but I'd like to
get confirmation that these pages are still untranslated.
Home page, main menu (left):
http://www.openoffice.org/eu-test/ -> eu
http://www.openoffice.org/eu-test/why/ -> en
http://www.openoffice.org/eu-test/download/ -> eu (working)
http://www.openoffice.org/eu-test/support/ -> eu
http://www.openoffice.org/extensions/ -> en (this is a wrong link;
http://www.openoffice.org/eu-test/extensions/ is translated)
http://www.openoffice.org/eu-test/participate/ -> en
http://www.openoffice.org/eu-test/social/ -> eu
Home page, top menu (horizontal):
http://www.openoffice.org/eu-test/product/ -> en
http://www.openoffice.org/eu-test/download/ -> eu, same as above
http://www.openoffice.org/eu-test/support/ -> eu, same as above
https://blogs.apache.org/ooo/ -> OK, this is an English resource
http://www.openoffice.org/eu-test/extensions/ -> eu
http://www.openoffice.org/eu-test/participate/ -> en
http://www.openoffice.org/projects/accepted.htm -> 404 (broken link,
this must be removed)
http://www.openoffice.org/projects/native-lang.html -> en (but it should
stay in English)
So I see:
- 2 links to fix, and I can do it
- 3 pages (and their possible subpages) still in English, and I'd like
to know whether you have already translated them or not; these are not
blocking, so I can move eu-test/ to eu/ and then incorporate translation
of the missing pages when ready; just give me the green light and I'll
do it.
Regards,
Andrea.
