[jira] [Commented] (INFRA-7849) OFBiz-Builbot: for a week now the
svn up step for trunk does not work

Gavin commented on INFRA-7849:
------------------------------
Your Java7 theory isnt correct. Java7 is on the slave but isnt specified in your config so you get the default Java on the box which is:
gmcdonald@portunus:~$ java -version
java version "1.6.0_31"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea6 1.13.3) (6b31-1.13.3-1ubuntu1~0.10.04.1)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 23.25-b01, mixed mode)

> Also, just before that, as reported at bottom of INFRA-7642, when ran, the Junit tests report failures and errors that can't be reproduced (don't exist) locally. This is true not only for trunk but also all branches
> I tried to find the used Java version in the log, but could not. Currently OFBiz tests don't pass with Java 7 (it's a matter of ordering).
> Does Buildbot use Java 7? I guess so, because I find a warning about entityExpansionLimit not being recognized at the bottom of tests log, which seems related to Java 7.
> If yes, could it be possible to run Java 6 rather?
> Let me know if I should rather create a JIra issue for this problem independently (tests don't pass when they do elsewhere, Java 7 used?)
