Browser javascropt enabled

Hi everybody... 

Can I know if the browser has javascript set as enable? of 
course using jsp.

Note:  jsp code is executed at the server and you don't know yet the client 
browser!!!

I think the best way would be using JavaScript although, reading the 
headers the browser send might work as well.
