[PR] Fixes Mockito dynamic agent loading warning [stormcrawler]

Explicitly configures the Mockito agent via the `javaagent` argument in the Surefire plugin's `argLine` as argued in #1418. This resolves warnings that can occur during test execution related to Mockito's dynamic agent loading.
