[PR] mps2-an521: remove the unnecessary -pipe build options [nuttx]

   ## Summary
   
   1. since the build option: "-pipe" is not truly working under build in gcc/ghs and other compiler tools, so we can remove this build options
   
   ## Impact
   
   1. has no impact on current build procedure
   
   ## Testing
   
   1. has tested on gcc/ghs compiler
   2. has passed the ostest
