These are the preperations needed to build the first release:
- Decide on a Name
- Decide on a Version Number
- Decide how the distribution should look like
- Create a tutorial on the website how to build a release
- Create LICENSE, NOTICE and DEPENDECIES file
- Run RAT check once and add License Header where necessary
