[ANNOUNCE] New committer and PMC member: Sandor Molnar

The Project Management Committee (PMC) for Apache Knox
has invited Sandor Molnar to become a committer and PMC member and
we are pleased to announce that he has accepted.

Sandor has been a contributor to Apache Knox community with over 50 commits
of both new features, bug fixes and community involvement with reviews and
discussion.

I am excited to have him on board as a committer and PMC member and look
forward to his continued contributions to the project and its direction.

Being a committer enables easier contribution to the
project since there is no need to go via the patch
submission process. This should enable better productivity.
Being a PMC member enables assistance with the management
and to guide the direction of the project.
