Hi Thomas,

This patch might serve as a good starting point for MAPREDUCE-4267.  It doesn't get rid of all the ant build stuff, but it does move the native mapreduce build to use CMake and Maven.

Let me know if you think this should be in a separate JIRA, or if it belongs here.
