NeoShine: ribbon introduction
Hello list,
Distributed with NeoKylin in China, NeoShine introduce a ribbon:

This is not a matter of taste and vote for or against the ribbon.
Just that NeoShine has took OOo code and could pay its tribute to enhance AOO :-)

I do wish the sidebar could somehow evolve. There is a great sidebar by
other office suites like KOffice and Apple's Numbers.

I like to see as much as possible of my document on the screen, regardless
of screen aspect ratio or ribbon orientation (sidebar or horizontal).
