Jenkins job for 0.2.0 (Knox-0.2.0)

Hi Everyone,
I created a Jenkins job for the 0.2.0 branch.
https://builds.apache.org/job/Knox-0.2.0

So if you want to pull the release zips you can do that from the workspace.
https://builds.apache.org/job/Knox-0.2.0/ws/target/dist/

Currently this job is setup for manual build only.
