New Mirror Setup

I have setup a mirror on a Gigabit uplink provided by 
800poundgorilla.net which is located in Fremont, CA USA.  The mirror can 
be found at http://mirror.ehpg.net/apache/ and is updated nightly at 2am 
PST.

 ForceType text/plain

For apache to recognize the HEADER.html file.  Should be all kosher now.

Hi Gavin,

You don't seem to be following all the recommended configurations at
http://www.apache.org/info/how-to-mirror.html
At minimum, your ReadmeName and HeaderName directives are wrong.

If you can fix that up, we can look at adding your mirror.
