[Sandesha2] New JIRA page

Hi All,

Now there is a seperate JIRA page for Sandesha2 (Thanks Chinthaka for
working on this).

Please use this to report any issue regarding Sandesha2. Also if you have
time, help us in fixing some of those issues as well.
