http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/ seens to be dead or very slow

Hi,

i try to test maven, but primary repository ibiblio.org seens to be dead 
or is very slow.

With

maven -Dpackage=de.ae-online.test test

i get connection refused.

Is there any secondary repository avilable?
