The building files include js, css, gzip. When a building file(js, css) size is larger than 10KB, it is compressed into gzip. FYI @wu-sheng @kezhenxu94

@kezhenxu94 When this PR gets syncing, could you please test this manually? This is adding gzip to UI source codes, I am not sure webapp could work as expected. But we don't have CI to verify this.
