Option "Use clang format" is missing

Hi

I'm using netbeans 11.3 for c++ project development.
The netbeans runs on windows 10, the sources reside on linux (centos7.6)
I would like to use a predefined clang format for my project, however the
declared option "Use clang format" is missing from project->options
interface.

Please help me to enable it.
