[~svenkat] do you mean make them corresponding to all kinds of requests or other words all available actions? If so, we will have redundant number of directories because the most of classes contain all tests related to specific action. Thus we will have approximately the same number of directories as number of classes. Maybe I didn't understand you correctly.
IMHO it seems good to group them by more general criteria.
