Jasper and package names
Using Tomcat-3.2beta4, when jasper creates/compiles the resulting .java, it
puts a package name, creates directories but does not put the .java/.class
in the right place. Is this a bug? Is there something I have misconfigured?
Can package names/directories be avoided with some configuration?
For instance, using the provided example, invoking
/examples/jsp/num/numguess.jsp
The .java has:
package jsp.num;
Creates the following path:
work/localhost_8080%2Fexamples/jsp/num
But the .java and .class is placed instead in:
work/localhost_8080%2Fexamples
Also, why does the mangled .java name have a "_jsp_0" appended while the
.class does not?
Thanks,
Shash
