   ### Motivation
   
   
   * Fix the following method use `getTopicReferenceAsync`:
    *  `internalDeleteSubscriptionForNonPartitionedTopic`
    *   `internalUpdateSubscriptionPropertiesForNonPartitionedTopic`
    *   `internalDeleteSubscriptionForNonPartitionedTopicForcefully`
   
   ### Modifications
   
   * Replace `getTopicReferenceAsync` to `getTopicReference`
   
   ### Verifying this change
