[PR] [HUDI-7784][branch-0.x] Fix serde of HoodieHadoopConfiguration in Spark [hudi]

   This PR targets at `branch-0.x`.
   
   This PR fixes the issue that `HoodieHadoopConfiguration` is not properly (de)serialized by Kryo in Spark.  A new test is added to validate the (de)serialization.  Before the fix, the test failed with NullPointerException.
