   ## Feature Request
   Atomikos supports an xa resource name with a maximum length of 45. When the length of the dataSourceName configured by the user exceeds this value, no error will be reported during the ShardingSphere startup phase, but an error will be reported when the XA transaction is executed for the first time to register the xa resource.
   
   I think that the maximum length of the xa resource should be uniformly checked during the startup phase. If it is too long, it will fails fast.
