Knowing the COntext before executing the JSP....

Hello Tgalibs Developers !!!!

Just one question... I am a newbie in Taglibs....
I use for example a tag called "myTag" in "myJSPage"...
I just want to know if there was any possibility to know how many "myTags"
(and what they contain) in the "myJSPage", before the page loads visually,
so before the JSP page is executed...
I don´t know if any one understands what I am meaning exactly, but thanks
for any possible ansyers....
