as part of FALCON-908  we have removed the oozie examples jar from the regression code. Although this makes the code according to Apache standards  we miss to test important feature of user provided libs / jars being loaded and used by tasktracker / nodemanager while launching the actual task. 

i propose we add separate test and point to a jar at remote public location that can be downloaded when test are run.
