[I] distutils and cloudutils warnings when upgrading to 4.22.1.0 [cloudstack]

### problem
I upgraded Cloudstack from version 4.22.0.1 to version 4.22.1.0 on Rocky Linux 10 via community packages.
During the packages upgrade the following errors are displayed:

@andrea-janna , "from version 4.22.0.1 to version 4.22.1.0” is probably a typo right? I do not think it matters for you issue, just checking in case it turns out it does. What was the original version?
and to state it again in differnt words: I don’t think the origin version matters in this case. It seems more like a rocky linux 10 packaging incompatibility.

I confirm that I upgraded from version 4.22.0.1 (released on May 8) to version 4.22.1.0 (released on May 26).

I've just tried a clean install of Cloudstack 4.22.1.0 on Rocky10. It didn't report errors.
