Paul Gier closed MANTTASKS-154.

    Resolution: Won't Fix

After thinking about this a little more, it seems to make more sense to leave it the way it works now. In general we don't want to load the same dependencies multiple times, so a warning seems appropriate.

> Currently when using the option to add file set references for dependencies, earlier references are overwritten if they match an existing one. This causes a warning in Ant so it's not a desireable effect.
> Normally this means that the file set reference has already been created for that dependency. So this should be changed so that references are only added if they have not already been added.
