### What happened
Try again after the workflow failed in the previous version, but the workflow has been modified and the workflow is not online. Even if you bring the previous version of workflow online, it will fail
工作流修改过再切回之前版本上线，但是还是无法对上一版本失败任务重跑
影响：如果我调了并分补数据，要是某个并发失败了，碰巧我又改了工作流，就无法把那条并发任务的分配到的日期继续跑完
导致只能重头跑
### What you expected to happen
The user can retry an older version of the workflow, and it is probably best to retry directly referencing a previous version of the workflow
### How to reproduce
Modify the workflow, then make the old version of the workflow fail, and try again

The workflow has been modified and then switched back to the previous version to go online, but it still cannot re-run the failed task of the previous version
Impact: If I adjust and supplement the data, if a certain concurrency fails and I happen to change the workflow again, I will not be able to continue running the assigned date of that concurrent task
lead to rerun
