docs webapp

Right now there is inconsistency between stylebook and docs webapp:
one uses <page>'s id attribute, another - source attribute of *-book.xml.

The result is broken links in docs webapp. I propose to unify these two
to simplify our and user's lives.

Objections? Suggestions?
