Flter Definitions.

Is the format of the SetOutputFilter/SetInputFilter listed in the apache 2
manual somewhere? I got PHP working finally, by adding the following. Though
I don't know if it's correct.

<FILES *.php>
	SetOutputFilter PHP
	SetInputFilter PHP
</FILES>

Any direction on this would be helpful.
