Upload to a local repository

Hi guys,

On the roadmap, I didn't see any feature to upload artifacts in a
repository managed by archiva.
Is it something that we could image to have in the future ?
I think it could be a good think to allow to deploy artifacts with maven
using webdav, or using a web access for users who want to add an external
artifact.

I just remember why I wanted a web interface : There's no goal like
deploy:deploy-file in maven 1

And I just see that the webdav protocol doesn't seems to be supported :
http://maven.apache.org/maven-1.x/plugins/artifact/protocols.html

I think I'll have to add them on my TODO list :-( ....... I WANT TO MIGRATE
TO MAVEN 2 !!!!!

We don't have documentation about it, but it's the standard deployment mechanism used by maven.

Archiva has webdav support already.
You can upload content to the repository using wagon-webdav.
Is there something else you had in mind?
