Test prerequisites

Hello,

I have problem running DASL, BIND and ACL test cases. I think
(hope) that this may be a problem of the proper configuration
that the testcases expect.

Do we have a document anywhere that specifies how to setup slide
to run the tests successfully?

I have never managed to let them run successfully either. Maybe Peter 
knows more details.
