cruisecontrol svn update is broken

Julie--

  It appears that Cruisecontrol is passing when it shouldn't be.  The
sync doesn't seem to be working, but CC passes since it's sync'ed to a
working checkout.

  The error is that the SVN URL is "htttps" but should be "https". 
The error is visible here:

    http://beehive01.bea.com/downloads/20050813072358/general/svn_sync.out

Can you take a look at this?
