Enabling Incoming Mail from JIRA

After the infrastructure team transitions from BZ to JIRA, we will need to
enable incoming notifications from jira@apache.org on the following mail
lists:

   - general@xmlgraphics.apache.org
   - fop-dev@xmlgraphics.apache.org
   - batik-dev@xmlgraphics.apache.org

Does anybody know how to add jira@apache.org as a legitimate mail origin
for these MLs? It should be enabled for incoming mail only; i.e., mail sent
to these MLs should not be reflected to this address.

jira@apache.org needs to be added to the "allow" list.

This can be done by the list moderator. See
http://www.apache.org/dev/committers.html#mail-moderate for details
(short: admin should hit reply-all on the first jira mail)
