Our users would like a metric to track when their cron jobs fail to update credentials.  

 

As a first pass, add support for tracking auto credential expiry metrics if supported in the SystemBolt, and implement for the AutoTGT class.

 

We can add further Jira for the remaining auto credential implementations if desired.
