xmlsecurity

When building xmlsecurity, I receive the following error:

: ERROR ld.so.1: checkdll: fatal: relocation error: file ../unxsoli4.pro/lib/check_libxsec_xmlsec.so: symbol CERT_NameTemplate: reference symbol not found

Anyone understand what is going on here?
