OPCPackage.flush()

Hi,
I'm developing an API for .Net and Java. 
I need to calculate the hash of Core.xml before closing the package. 

With .Net API,
after package.Flush(); I can read Core.xml part stream.
With Java API, package.Flush(); does not flush package parts so I can not
read Core.xml part.

Are there any other solution?
