[Minor] Changing the category on Apache Oozie's JIRA

The JIRA project page https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OOZIE
lists the category as Incubator, which I think we should now change to
Hadoop (to reflect what Pig, MapReduce, etc. use). I couldn't find
this option in the administration page or search - does anyone else
know how to get this done?
