Cocoon2 has dependency on Velocity now

Hi,

Subject said it all really. Just need to update the gump files.

Did they finally try this alternative to (argh!) XSLT?

(They just had to try it to reach the obvious conclusion.)

I have no idea. The FYI was to state that other projects are starting to
depend on ours. More of a Gump'ish fyi...

Actually, that would be good thing to add to Gump. Auto-notifications when a
new project dependency is added.

Something like:

Hello Velocity Developers!

The Cocoon2 project has recently added Velocity as a dependency. This means
that any future API changes you make might affect Cocoon2 development. So,
please remember to deprecate those methods first.

"
