[jira] Created: (QPID-583) Reinstate the old topic performance test

Reinstate the old topic performance test
----------------------------------------

                 Key: QPID-583
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-583
             Project: Qpid
          Issue Type: Improvement
Components: Java Broker, Java Client, Java Common
    Affects Versions: M2
         Environment: Any
            Reporter: Robert Greig
             Fix For: M2.1

Under M1, a very useful multi-process performance test existed to test pub/sub performance. It could work with most JMS messaging implementations.

Need to add this back since it is useful to have a multi-process test.
