Found this while reviewing MAPREDUCE-5815.  As commented [here|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MAPREDUCE-5815?focusedCommentId=13966053&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-13966053], we should try to put out queue/user-name etc as part of AM_STARTED event so that they don't disappear away in cases like AM restart during a commit.
