    Description: Using the html5 component datetime-local with cordova-android 5.0 and up will only show up to 12 hours in the hour field in datepicker that shows even though the phone is configured to show 24 hour clock  (was: Using the html5 component datetime-localfrom 5.0 and up it only show up to 12 hours in the hour field in an 24-hour localtime ( As example: Danish local ))
